Bandung, 8th June 2023 – The Subroto Award for Energy Efficiency, abbreviated as PSBE (Penghargaan Subroto Bidang Efisiensi Energi), is one of the government's campaign programs in the field of energy conservation. The PSBE Award is the highest level of award given by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources to stakeholders who have succeeded in implementing energy efficiency and conservation.

This socialization was carried out in a hybrid way (online and offline) and was opened by the Director of Geothermal (acting Director of Energy Conservation), Mr. Harris Yahya. He hopes that through this socialization activity, building managers and owners will be interested in participating in the PSBE 2023 event.

The Energy Saving Category in Government Agencies was created to give appreciation to Central and Regional Government Agencies that have succeeded in implementing systematic and sustainable energy saving or energy management measures. The winner of the PSBE will receive an award from the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources who will then receive benefits in the form of being proposed to the ASEAN Energy Awards program for Categories A and B, as well as obtaining a pass score in the aspect of efficiency at the Proper Award initiated by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
