Tangerang, Banten. In order to improve the selection of participants and the quality of proposals or questionnaires for the 2023 Subroto Award for Energy Efficiency (PSBE), the Directorate General of New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (DJEBTKE), Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) together with experts from IREEM, received support from the United Kingdom and Ireland in the MENTARI program for the Energy Efficiency component (MENTARI EE), held an Assistance Program for Filling in the Energy Saving Category Questionnaire in Government Agencies and Preparation of Proposals for the Energy Efficient Building Category for PSBE Participants in 2023.

Assistance in completing the questionnaire and preparing the proposal was carried out on Thursday 13 July 2023 which was held hybrid, offline and online. The mentoring was carried out at ICE BSD City. This assistance was carried out with the aim of helping PSBE participants to obtain detailed information and explanations regarding the data requirements needed in preparing proposals and filling out questionnaires. This assistance also aims to make it easier for participants to understand the requirements and processes related to PSBE, so that participants can collect the required data accurately and completely. With this assistance, PSBE participants are expected to be able to optimize the use of their time and resources in preparing proposals and carrying out the questionnaire filling process.

The event started with singing the Indonesia Raya song, followed by an opening and remarks by the Director of Energy Conservation, DGREEC, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Mr. Gigih Udi Atmo online. The first material presentation was delivered by Ms. Devi Laksmi, regarding the socialization of PP No.33 of 2023, concerning Energy Conservation. The second material presentation was delivered by Mr. Eko Sudarmawan, as regarding PSBE Information for 2023. During the mentoring process, they were divided into 5 groups. Group 1 for the category of energy-efficient buildings, retrofitted buildings and tropical buildings. Group 2 for green buildings. Groups 3 and 4 specifically for Energy Saving in Government Agencies - Central Government Buildings. Group 5 Energy Saving in Government Agencies - Local Government Buildings. 

During the mentoring activities, a total of 131 participants attended with details: 85 online participants and 49 offline participants. There were 11 female participants who took part in the offline event. As many as 17 agencies attended offline. The mentoring event ran smoothly according to the planned agenda. Participants in mentoring activities actively ask questions and are enthusiastic.
