Technical Guidance: Implementation of Energy Management in Government Buildings in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Central Java
Special Region of Yogyakarta – The Directorate General of New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (EBTKE) through the Directorate of Energy Conservation in collaboration with the British Government through the UK-PACT (Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transition) Program held Technical Guidance on the Application of Energy Management for Government Buildings in the Area Central Java.
The technical guidance was held for four days from 13 to 16 February. More than 60 related agencies from Central Java Province attended the 4-day training. Technical assistance in the scope of the Central Java region was attended by 31% of women and 69% of men.
The purpose of implementing this technical guidance is to increase the capacity of central and regional government agencies in implementing and reporting energy efficiency and conservation activities in buildings. Increase participants' understanding of the application of technical efforts to increase energy efficiency based on SNI ISO 50001 and ISO 50005, so that they are able to apply these efforts to the buildings they manage.
